It has a large enough dust bin to hold a lot of dirt before it's empty, and its mop and vacuum system works great on both carpets that are hard and low-pile. It's also extremely quiet and we were able to watch TV while it was cleaning without feeling like it was bombarding us with noise.
Our test participants were extremely pleased with how easy the machine was to use and set up. They also appreciated the ability to clean all the messes that had accumulated on their floors.
